To drive digital transformation at an enterprise scale, Propic implemented the Salesforce platform. However, Propic’s development team struggled to deliver both speed and quality. Enter Copado.

But while Propic’s real estate on demand AI solutions save customers countless hours through the power of automation — the firm’s software development lifecycle was manual, labor-intensive and error-prone.
Propic’s IT team would painstakingly search for bugs, erase them and retest functionality all over again. It took 3-4 days to prepare a test case and 110-120 total hours per sprint to execute regression testing on Salesforce. QA often didn’t have enough time to complete the testing before deployments. This led to buggy code and expensive repairs.
Propic developers were also not getting early feedback in the development process. They would complete stories and put them in QA — only to wait two weeks for testing to be complete. The delays would break their flow and hamper their productivity.
Before implementing Copado Robotic Testing, Propic looked into Provar but found its code-based features difficult to use and hard to scale.
