Hologic’s cloud transformation journey began in 2016 — when the medical device manufacturer implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and Service Cloud. But as the team began to plan
post-implementation support models, Hologic realized that its current strategy was very manual and lacked scalability.
They had a Senior Technical Architect from Salesforce spending 80% of her day moving changes back and forth between environments. Hologic soon realized that this just wasn’t practical or sustainable.

The Future
