CaixaBank is known for its innovation in delivering digital products and services. It was recently awarded ‘Most Innovative Bank in Western Europe’ and the world’s ‘Best Private Bank for Client Digital Communication’.
With more customers using digital platforms to access products and services, and with the customer experience at the heart of its strategy, CaixaBank understood the need to continue to deliver exceptional service, regardless of the digital channel. With digital transformation underpinning its success, CaixaBank looked to Salesforce to bring banking to the cloud.
CaixaBank implemented Copado to help achieve its vision. With Copado, CaixaBank integrated all its key DevOps functions and processes, automated or minimized their manual tasks, and ensured complete visibility of all the release process data for the team.
This has led to improved and predictable software quality, better productivity, faster releases, and overall reduced costs. With more than 20 development environments, including environments for integration, staging, training, hotfixes, and production, Copado enabled CaixaBank and its development partners to simplify the release process.
With Copado, CaixaBank has streamlined the process of managing and controlling the different environments. Copado’s integration with Git allows users to work with the bank’s Git repository from within the Salesforce platform without the need for direct access to the Git repository itself. CaixaBank has found this integration important when having several projects developing on the same org.
By integrating Salesforce with its contact center platform, CaixaBank manages its contact center more efficiently and provides a unifying customer service experience through different digital channels.
